Shipping policy

At Midwest Cajun Co., we’re dedicated to getting your Cajun flavors and merch to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below you’ll find details on our shipping process.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information once your order ships.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days once shipped (via USPS or UPS).
Delivery Issues
- Once your package has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
- Be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Local Pickup / Events
- Occasionally, we may offer local pickup in Farmington, MO or at special events/pop-ups. Availability will be noted at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Example
- Processing: 2 business days
- Transit (Standard Shipping): 3–5 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days within the U.S.
