At Midwest Cajun Co., we’re committed to bringing bold Cajun flavor and authentic Southern style to your kitchen, your closet, and your celebrations. Because our products include both food items and merchandise, our return policies differ depending on what you’ve purchased.
Food Products (Seasonings, Breading & Mixes)
We craft our seasonings and mixes in small batches. Because these are food items, we must follow food safety regulations that limit what can be accepted back.
❌ No Returns on Opened Food Products
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns any food items.
Unopened Items (Case-by-Case)
If your product is unopened and sealed, we MAY accept a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
Clothing & Merchandise (Hats, Apparel, Accessories)
We want you to look as good as your food tastes! Apparel and merch can be returned or exchanged under more flexible terms.

- Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
