Here’s how it works:
When you book us, we bring the full Cajun experience straight to your doorstep. We arrive with everything needed—cooking pots, burners, and a tent—to set up on-site at your home or event.

We fire up the pots and prepare a traditional Cajun boil featuring your choice of shrimp, snow crab, or crawfish (in season), along with corn on the cob, red potatoes, and smoked sausage— all infused with our proprietary Cajun spice blend. We serve it authentic style, poured right onto the table for a hands-on, family-style meal that’s as much about the fun as the flavor.

For a hearty addition, we also offer freshly made Cajun Pasta, Jambalaya or Pastalaya as sides.

Once the food is ready, we serve it buffet-style so your guests can dig in and enjoy the feast together. After everyone’s filled their plates, we clean up, pack away our equipment, and let you keep the good times rolling.
